On June 2, Lila had her first ever dance recital. She was so excited about the costume and make-up. She told me "It's going to be dark, and there is going to be bright lights, and there is going to be a lot of people, and it is going to be beautiful"

The recital was held in a big auditorium and there were a lot of people there. All the girls went on stage and performed and had a great time, which I think is a huge accomplishment for 3 year olds. Lila danced some of the time, but she sang every word to the song loud and proud, and of course, we thought she did great. I love that her mouth is wide open in every picture, and you can tell she is singing her little heart out.
